Post Debate Review

Well, how many of you watched the Vice-Presidential debate last week? What was with Biden? Laughing at inappropriate moments, grinning, interrupting Ryan and the moderator.......

When a wise person debates with a fool, the fool rages and laughs, and there is no peace and quiet. Proverbs 29:9-

This was after Obama's terrible debate performance the week before.

Then, during Tuesday's second presidential debate, the president was "assisted" by moderator Candy Crowley who interrupted Romney to back up O's lie about when he stated calling the attack on the US Embassy and murder of four Americans a terrorist attack. She back pedaled after the debate but the damage was done.

Three debates down, all moderated by Liberal-leaning moderators who tried to help both the President and Vice President, interrupted Romney and Ryan many more times and gave both incubents more time.  Wow, fair and balanced? NOT! And Liberals complain about Fox?! It would be funny if the future of the USA wasn't at stake.

Shock and Awe!

Obama, with the help of moderator Candy Crowley, lied about when he called the attack on the US Embaasy in Libya a terrorist attack. Well.... the shock is, CBS had a full story on it on Wednesday.

I am very pleasantly surprised. It is about time!

You Perform Poorly, Your Campaign Resorts to Name Calling!

Wow, the president puts in a really, really poor performance at last week's debate and what does his campaign do? They call Mitt Romney a liar! The NY Times Paul Krugman said that basically everything the president said was true and everything Romney said "was either outright false or so misleading as to be the moral equivalent of a lie."

All the usual suspects were on the Sunday talk shows trying to divert the focus from the president's performance. And one of the people leading the charge? Stephanie Cutter! Yes, the same Stephanie Cutter who claimed Obama's campaign had nothing to do with the (Mitt killed my wife) ad and that she didn't know the facts of the case (even though she hosted a conference call with the man!)

The woman who stated that Mitt was either a liar or felon!

The woman who believe woman are stupid!

“We’ll continue doing what we have been doing, trying to get the president’s message out on the ground. Whether it’s in the suburban areas of Northern Virginia, or Denver, Ohio, to talk about what the president wants to do in the future. That’s the other thing that you find most often with women. They’re not really concerned about what’s happened over the last four years, they really want to know what’s going to happen in the next four years.”

First, the left was in shock. They couldn't believe that "The One" put in such a poor debate performance. Rachel Maddow, Chris Matthews, Al Sharpton, etc. were pathetic! It would be funny if the matter wasn't so important. It showed that without his teleprompter or written speech, Obama hasn't a clue what is going on. He brought up Clinton's record (because he can't defend his own.) Is he now trying to run on Clinton's economic record?

What is the Appeal

If you are a supporter of the current administration, please let me know will you like about him? His pro-abortion stance? His constant blaming of President Bush? His snubbing of world leaders while appearing on Letterman and The View? Or is it his forcing of Obamacare on everyone? Or is it the fact that he now says he supports gay marriage? His views on redistribution of others' money?

Really, what is his appeal? Why do you support him? It truly blows my mind that so many, including a good number of my family members still do! Maybe it is because, if you opposed his politics, the left tries to paint you as a racist. This is the president who spent part of his first months in office on an apology tour of Europe.

A Divisive Campaign & Biased MSM

Did anyone get a chance to watch the Sean Hannity special on Fox News Sunday, September 23? Probably not as many as should have. A NFL football game and the Emmys (another awards show where Hollywood pats themselves on the back) were on. I DVR'd it and just watched it. It was about the very, very divisive campaign of the president. It included the mainstream media's blaring bias in favor of this president. It boggles my mind that people still support him.

I also watched the movie "Runaway Slave" on Saturday. It is an excellent movie about how the Civil Rights Act of 1964 has been one of the major things that destroyed the black family unit and how many black leaders feed into this. They want to keep minorities, especially blacks, beholding to them and afraid of Republicans, wealth people, whites, etc. The movie is by CL Bryant, who identifies himself as a former Democratic radical, NAACP chapter president, now current member of the Tea Party. The Tea Party you say? Aren't they a bunch of white guys trying to keep blacks in their place? Aren't they against the president because the color of his skin? If you watch NBC, CBS, or ABC nightly news, that is probably what you think.

You may not know that besides Rev. Bryant, other prominent black are also members including Col. Allen West, Herman Cain, and a wonderful man I am proud to call a FB friend Emery McClendon. If you hear anything about a black conservative, it is radicals and democrats calling them Uncle Toms or the horrible term "Oreos." So who are the racists? Who are closed-minded? Would you rather be a member of the party of Sandra Fluke, Al Sharpton, Katie Couric, Whoppie Goldberg, and Harry Reid or a member of party of Mr. Cain, Rev. Bryant, Mr. McClendon, Rep. West, Condalisa Rice?

The choice is clear.

One of my family members (who recently said she was going to take a break from FB because of political posts) posted a Being Liberal comment by Stephen Colbert about Christianity and helping others (see you can have freedom of speech if you are a Liberal but not a Conservative.) As I pondered that post, a thought came to me.

Who is more Christ-like, the man who gives of his own money and time to help others and shuns notoriety about it. Or the community-organizer, who loves to toot his "accomplishments" and to give others YOUR money! The same person who went to campaign-fundraisers after the death of one of our ambassadors and three brave former servicemen and whose wife feels that the people of the United States owe her vacation after vacation after vacation.

The choice this election year is so clear!

I spent a good portion of the day with my beautiful niece who just gave birth to an adorable 6#10oz precious baby girl. The baby decided to join our wacky family early and was on a ventilator for a little over a day and is now on oxygen. She is in the nicu and is doing well.

When I got to my niece's room I found her crying. I was alarmed that something had happened to the baby but, praise God, what was upsetting her was that wanted to have her baby with her. She worried her whole pregnancy that something would happen to the baby, and, today, after going through labor and a c-section, she felt like everything she worried about was coming to pass.

This got me to thinking about the Democratic Convention a few weeks ago and their "celebration of women and women's rights." I find that very sad, that they celebrate a women's choices including the right to terminate the life of her unborn child. Members of my own family will say, I would never have an abortion but won't tell someone else what to do or I am pro-life but will continually vote for politicians who are pro-abortion. They can't seem to grasp the concept that every time they vote for one of these candidates, they are voting pro-choice. Pro-choice, what an odd thing to call it. In  fact, it is pro-murder. The child is being killed, slaughtered, ripped apart. Sickening isn't it?

Why, do these same people, who support this legalized murder, kick up a fuss, if a pro-life person posts pictures of these murders? One told me these pictures were not appropriate for Facbook. Wow, that is some nerve, you can't look at the pictures but you support the "right to choose"? TOUGH! Where is the baby's right?

As I celebrate my beautiful niece and her wonderful husband becoming first time parents, I ask that the reader pause to reflect on the choices he or she makes this November. Do you vote for the man who has a record of voting not only for a woman's choice but also for infanticide (1) and who stated he would not want his daughters saddled with a "mistake",or, for the father of six who supported his wife through her battle with breast cancer and MS and is a hands-on dad and granddad. The choice is crystal clear.
